Rosabella tomato is the old-time, excellent-tasting pink tomato — one of the most flavoursome representatives of the ox-heart type. Mid-early, indeterminate variety, with 200–240 g fruits. Known for its sweet, juicy flavour, which makes it especially popular for both fresh eating and canning.
Growing
Sowing time: March in seed trays. Transplanting: May. Spacing: 80×60 cm, staking needed due to indeterminate growth. Regular side-shoot removal for efficient nutrient distribution.
The fruits ripen continuously in July–August. Thanks to the pink colour and sweet flavour, Rosabella is especially good for special tomato salads, gourmet sandwiches and fresh slicing. A premium variety for those who want something different from the standard red tomato.
