This variant is a more substantial-bodied round selenite tealight holder. The form of variant 2 is similar to the basic one but with a more massive wall and thicker material, so the light effect is fuller. If the previous size seemed small to you, this piece is the answer.
The more substantial form
The circle's diameter is typically 10-12 cm, the height 3-4 cm. The wall thickness is about 1.5-2 cm, which means light passes through more material before coming out. This gives a richer, more saturated glow — a little like the stone lighting up from within with the flame's warmth.
Where it offers more
Because of the larger diameter, the central cavity is also more spacious, leaving room for the tealight and air around the flame. The tealight cup fits comfortably, and there is no feeling of being 'pressed' in. On a table or shelf, this variant shows more pronouncedly and does not get lost among other decorations.
Interior design ideas
On a living room chest of drawers, where you build a larger still-life: the round holder in the middle, next to it a selenite iceberg, and a few polished pebbles. Displayed in the centre of a dining table — the table setting gleams beautifully around the bowl. On a window sill, where both daylight and evening candlelight reveal the stone's translucency.
Unique pattern
Although the shape is regularly round, the stone's pattern is unique: the density of striation and the scattering of light vary per piece. In some pieces, the bands run more pronouncedly, in others more finely. You always receive a piece with its own face.
Maintenance
Never wash with water. Wipe with a dry soft cloth if dusty. If tealight wax drips on it, let it harden, then gently scrape it off with a blunt tool — never with a sharp knife, as the surface may get damaged. Storage in a fabric pouch or soft box is recommended.
