A round bolster meets the body exactly where tension wants to leave it: behind the back, under the knees, or lifting the chest open. Densely packed yet yielding, it gives structure during active practice and lets the breath slow down in restorative poses.
Flower of Life – a pattern from sacred geometry
The cover carries the Flower of Life motif: an ordered field of overlapping circles, one of the best-known patterns in sacred geometry and a recurring image across many ancient cultures. Tradition regards it as an old metaphor for the connection of all life in the universe – a quiet reminder of harmony and wholeness as you practise.
Material and make
- Cover: OCS-certified organic cotton, dyed outer layer with a zip along the base.
- Filling: natural buckwheat hulls that mould to the body and hold their shape.
- Size: 60 × 16 cm cylindrical form.
Height can be tuned to taste: take out some hulls for a lower seat, or top it up over time for more lift. The support adapts to your own body and practice.
How it helps your practice
A natural choice for restorative yoga and long, held poses – gently opening the spine, propping the hips, or simply offering a comfortable seat before meditation. The cylinder shape spreads weight evenly, so the body can release safely into stillness.
Care and good to know
Once the inner filling is removed, the cover can be washed in cold to lukewarm water. The natural cotton and buckwheat settle in with use and keep their form for a long time.
