A round bolster supports the body where tension wants to leave it: behind the back, under the knees, or lifting the chest open. Densely packed yet yielding, it lets the breath slow down in restorative poses.
The mood of the colour
A deep dark blue lends a calm, contemplative mood to restorative practice.
Material and make
- Cover: OCS-certified dyed organic cotton with a base zip.
- Filling: natural buckwheat hulls that mould to the body and hold their shape.
- Size: 60 × 16 cm cylindrical form.
Height adjusts with the amount of filling, so the support suits your own body and practice.
How it helps your practice
For restorative yoga, a soft opening of the spine, propping the hips, or as a comfortable seat before meditation. The cylinder shape spreads weight evenly.
Care
Once the inner filling is removed, the cover washes in cold to lukewarm water.
