A real, hand-friendly mineral — this leopardite comes in its raw, uncut form, in its own natural beauty. The raw piece keeps the stone's natural edges, fracture surfaces and original look — just as it formed in nature.

About leopardite

Leopardite (leopard jasper) is a mottled, opaque rock whose creamy-brown ground is dotted with small ringed “eyes” and spots — hence the name recalling a leopard's coat. Its Mohs hardness is around 7. It typically measures kb. 3–8 cm.

Leopardite in tradition

Tradition knows it as a stone of grounding and calm alertness; many link it to returning to a natural rhythm. These meanings belong to crystal lore rather than medical fact — the stone's beauty and presence are a value in themselves.

Living with it

Its distinctive spotted pattern makes each piece unique — a pleasant stone to hold. It also makes a good companion for meditation or quiet moments, and a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves the natural beauty of minerals.

Good to know

As a natural mineral, every piece is unique: colour, size, shape and pattern may differ a little from the photo — which is exactly what makes the stone you receive one of a kind. Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, heat sources and harsh chemicals; keep the softer stones from lasting moisture as well.
