Pink and green meet on this pendulum. It is made of a pale pink rose quartz piece, a long green aventurine point and a silver-tone setting decorated with tiny coloured stones. Hanging from a long metal chain, it is about 25 cm long including the chain. Made in India.
Rose quartz paired with aventurine
Tiny flaky mineral grains glitter inside green aventurine, so it sparkles softly in the light. Next to the pale, slightly milky pink of the rose quartz, this green looks livelier, and the accent stones on the setting add more colour.
The two stones are related, as rose quartz is the pink variety of quartz and aventurine also belongs to the quartz family. By tradition, rose quartz is the stone of love and aventurine the stone of luck. That makes this pendulum a nice symbol, love and luck on a single chain.
If you give it as a present
If you are giving it as a gift, add a few lines on how to use it. Hold the end of the chain between two fingers, rest the elbow on the table and wait until the pendulum stops. Then comes a question that can be answered with yes or no.
