Sound and character
This rolling stool is intentionally silent as an accessory: it must not sound while you move between the monochord's different overtone positions. Well-bearing quiet swivel castors and the multi-layer cherry core combine for smooth, quiet motion. Cherry wood has a warmer, reddish tone that develops an even more beautiful patina over time — a refined choice for therapy rooms designed with natural materials.
How to use
The stool was designed specifically for reaching different overtone positions silently while playing a monochord beside a sound bed. It is easy to steer in any direction even while seated, without making noise. Place a meditation cushion on top — this lets you tune the seat height to your body and adds extra comfort. If you would prefer a padded top, ask for the padded version.

Care tips

- If the seat is too low for you, use a thicker meditation cushion.
