Sound and character
This A-tuned set revives the wide, dense overtone carpet of the larger 34-string Monolina. The 26 plain overtone strings build a broad, shimmering upper register, while the 6 wound fifths and 6 wound bass strings deliver a powerful low carrier. The A fundamental is bright and floating, ideal for intensive sound work.
How to use
Replace the set when the Monolina no longer fills the room as it used to, when intonation becomes unreliable, or when wear and corrosion are visible on the strings. For active professional use an annual review of the string set is recommended.
