Sound and character
The 35 cm horsehide blends the sensitivity of small drums with the rounder voice of mid-sized ones. The fundamental settles in fuller, while the overtones keep the typical clear ring of horsehide. The result is a beautifully balanced drum — portable, yet carrying.

For hand-built mid-size frame drums to use at home, in circles or in therapeutic sessions. 35 cm is a favourite compromise size for many drum makers: serious tone with manageable weight. Soak and lace.

Care tips
- Soak for 2-4 hours until fully soft.
- Lace evenly and in small steps.
- After slow drying, experiment with both light and firmer mallets.
- Humidity affects the skin's character — keep storage stable.
