Flat-leaf parsley is the most widely used herb in Hungarian cooking. This variety is grown exclusively for foliage. Root is thin, branching. Leaves are densely set with serrated edges.
Growing
Sow in March–July. Row and plant spacing 30 cm, sowing depth 1 cm. Keep moist until germination.
