Yin-Yang is the best-known symbol in Eastern thought: it depicts the continuous flow of two complementary qualities. The black-based version brings this symbol to your palm in its most distilled, classic form — no unnecessary decoration, just the symbol itself.
The character of the black base
The deep black background is the colour of restraint and contemplation. The Yin-Yang contours stand out crisply against it, giving the balls a strong yet calm appearance. If you prefer to avoid heavy decoration, you will appreciate this version.
The 3.5 cm standard size
The 3.5 cm size is the ideal choice for getting started and for daily practice. First roll the two balls touching each other in one palm, and as the movement becomes more confident, try rolling them separated.
The inner chime
A delicate inner chime follows the rhythm of the rotation. The quiet sound helps focus your attention on the movement — many people love the practice for this simple, repeating tone.
Background of the tradition
Chinese tradition links the use of these palm-rolled health balls to Emperor Jia Jing during the 16th-century Ming dynasty. Stimulating the palm's energy points is connected to the flow of Qi — we share this as cultural background, not as a medical statement.
Who will enjoy it
You, if you prefer classic, clean forms and do not look for loud motifs. The black-and-white Yin-Yang also fits beautifully as decoration on a desk or bookshelf.
