Care tips
- Tune before each use
- Try it in different rooms — the resonance of the space shapes the sound
- Take care when placing the bridges under the strings: your fingers can get pinched, and the brass pins in the bridges are sharp and pointed
- Store in the carry bag, in a dry, cool place
- From time to time simply listen as a few overtones gently fade
- Do not over-tighten the strings: if a string snaps, the loose end can cause injury

Feeltone is a craft instrument workshop in Lassan, northern Germany, founded by Ingo Böhme. For more than two decades they have built monochords, sound beds, sound chairs and ceremonial drums for sound bath facilitators, sound massage practitioners, sound artists and meditation practitioners.
