Character of the pendulum
This pendulum, around 4 cm long, is made of brass with a chrome-coloured finish that gives it a discreet, softly metallic shine. It weighs just 15 g, so it moves easily and visibly in the hand. The chain is also brass and its length provides a comfortable grip for seated or standing work. We recommend it if you are looking for a clean, classic, easy-to-handle first pendulum – or a simple, portable piece to add to an existing collection.
How to use it
A pendulum is a classic tool for fine-tuning your own inner sense. Many people use it for choices in aromatherapy (which essential oil today?), herbal consultations, radionics, homeopathy, essential-oil therapy, as a companion to card readings and in healing practice. How it works always rests on the person's own intuition – the pendulum simply offers a small, physical feedback.
Cleaning and care
It is good practice to clean the pendulum after each use – a soft dry cloth, salt water or a moonlight bath are all traditional approaches. This way you can work with it for clearer sensing. Store it in a cloth pouch or a small soft box and keep it away from other metal items.
A traditional companion
The brass pendulum is one of the traditional tools regarded as a tangible mirror of intuition. Users find that it works best when questions are asked in a relaxed, non-judgemental way, and you simply observe how the pendulum responds – a circle, a line, or staying still. (These are traditional, experiential descriptions and not medical claims.)
