A double feeding station with two removable 12 cm stainless steel bowls. The shared wooden stand is 29 cm long, 14 cm wide and 5.5 cm high. There are two paw-print cut-outs at the front and a bone-shaped cut-out at each end. It weighs about 450 g and is made in China.
Food and water side by side
One bowl takes the daily meal, the other fresh water. Your dog finds everything in one spot, and you fill and clean in one spot too. The two bowls don't drift apart on the floor, because they sit in one frame.
If your dog likes a drink straight after eating, the water is right there, with no trip to the other end of the house. The stand is 5.5 cm high, so the bowls sit only just above the floor. It works for feeding a cat as well.
Paws at the front, bones at the ends
The cut-outs are decorative and useful. You can slip your fingers into the bone-shaped openings at either end when you move the stand to clean, so you don't have to lift it by the bowls.
The frame is about as long as a school ruler, so it tucks under a kitchen worktop or against a wall. Both bowls are the same size, so after washing it doesn't matter which goes back on the left or the right.
Which double bowl should you choose?
This is the smaller double bowl, for small dogs. If your dog is bigger, or you'd like the bowls higher off the floor, have a look at the 2 × 13 cm version on a 10 cm stand.
Take the bowls out one at a time and wash them in warm soapy water. Wipe the wooden frame with a damp cloth and don't put it in water, as wood absorbs moisture.
