Volcanic glass in the charm
Obsidian is volcanic glass, formed when lava cools quickly. Here a round, glossy black obsidian sits at the centre of a silver-coloured metal paw. Traditionally it is seen as a stone of protection and strength.
A small ring on a black elastic loop holds the charm. If you would rather have it on the collar, you can move it there.
A dark colour for muddy days
Mud and grass stains show less on navy than on a pale harness, which helps if your dog loves running through wet grass. Its grey trim is reflective, so even this dark harness stands out in the evening when light falls on it.
Size and fitting
XS is for dogs of 2–4 kg, about the weight of a chihuahua or a Pomeranian. If your dog is heavier, the same harness also comes in a size for 4–8 kg.
Pull it on over your dog's head, close the buckle on each side, then adjust the straps at the neck and on the sides. It fits well when two fingers slide comfortably under each strap.
Try it on at home the first time, at a calm moment, and give your dog a treat. Once your dog stops paying attention to it, you are ready for a short first walk. The size is also printed as XS on a label sewn into the lining, so you will not have to guess later.
