Growing

Sow in March. Row spacing 25 cm, plant spacing 5 cm, sowing depth 2 cm. If sown too thickly, don't hesitate to pull excess seedlings — leaving room for the others to grow beautifully.

Fresh in salads, with butter and bread, sliced for sandwiches. The large round bulbs are also lovely sliced as garnish.
