The deep blue colour of lapis lazuli
Lapis lazuli is one of the best known natural minerals, and its deep, saturated blue is a striking sight. Tiny golden flecks often appear on the surface: these are metallic-shiny grains naturally present in the stone. Thanks to the mirror-smooth surface of the teardrop tip, the blue shade comes through especially well.
The structure of the pendulum
The upper round part is orgonite based: a solid resin body containing metal shavings and small mineral pieces. The two parts are joined by a firmly attached small metal loop, which connects to the fine chain. The overall weight of the pendulum is pleasant and easy to hold.
How to fit it into your home
The deep blue colour looks lovely on a light-coloured shelf, in a white porcelain dish or on a simple cream textile. Many people place it on a desk, in an evening reading corner or on the edge of a bookshelf. If you keep it in a handbag, it is worth adding a soft fabric pouch so the fine chain stays tidy.
Cleaning and care
Wipe the round orgonite body and the lapis lazuli tip with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid chemicals, cleaning agents and perfume near the stone, as the surface and the metallic flecks can be sensitive to them. Lay the chain out loosely and do not store it mixed up with other jewellery.
What to keep in mind when buying
Lapis lazuli is a natural mineral, so every tip is unique: the placement of golden flecks and the depth of the blue colour differ from piece to piece. We see this as natural beauty, not as a flaw. As a gift it looks lovely in a soft pouch; a small message card adds further warmth from you.
