Organic Dark Chocolate Chai Fruit Tea 1kg Nagy kiszerelés
An unusual blend: not built on black tea (so caffeine-free!), but on apple pieces and sultana raisins, rounded out with cocoa nibs, chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, green cardamom, cracked black pepper) and licorice. The result is a rich, chocolate-spiced, naturally sweet fruit tea that delivers the chocolate-chai experience without caffeine — ideal for evening service, children and expectant mothers. All ingredients organic, Spanish origin. 1 kg trade nagy kiszerelés.
Flavour profile
The pouch opens to cocoa, cinnamon and sweet raisin-apple — a warm, winter-pastry mood. In the cup, apple and sultana raisins give a sweet base (natural fruit sugar, no sweetening needed), cocoa nibs add a fine, gently bitter chocolate note, chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper) bring a lively layer, and licorice finishes with roundness. With milk, it becomes a "hot chocolate tea" drink. For gluten-sensitive guests: sunflower oil has been separated from the raisins and the blend is considered gluten-free, but traces may occur.
Who is it for?
Tea shops (a rare specialty that moves well), wellness spas ("a caffeine-free chocolate experience"), patisseries on a winter menu, evening café service, and businesses building an own-brand premium fruit tea line. Especially suitable for winter season and Valentine's Day / Saint Nicholas gift menus.
Preparation tips
Hot: 2-3 g blend, 200 ml at 95 °C, 5-6 minutes (fruit tea needs longer steeping than leaf tea). Milk version: simmer 5 g blend with 100 ml water for 2 minutes, add 150 ml milk, simmer 3 more minutes, strain. A rich, hot-chocolate-like drink. Cold brew: 5 g in 250 ml cold water, 8 hours in the fridge — a pleasant, sweet fruit iced drink. Service tip: after steeping, the apple pieces and cocoa nibs are edible — can be served with a spoon alongside the cup.
Storage and shelf life
Sealed, 18 months from production in a dark, dry, cool (max 22 °C) place. After opening, transfer to an airtight metal tin and use within 6 months. Cocoa and chai aromas soften over time — match purchase to turnover. Warning: due to licorice, regular consumption is not recommended for guests with high blood pressure or pregnant.
