How to use it
Before first use, rinse both the pot and cups with warm water to clean and pre-heat the ceramic so your tea stays hot longer. You may pour boiling water directly into the pre-warmed pot; for black tea aim for around 95 °C, for green tea 75–80 °C. Steeping times vary: 3–4 minutes for black tea, 2–3 minutes for green. Have the cups ready next to the pot to avoid the tea cooling during pouring.
Storage and cleaning
Hand-wash the pieces with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Dishwashing is technically fine but hand-washing preserves the glaze far better over time. Avoid scouring pads and abrasives. Store in a dry, dust-free place — ideally on an open shelf where the items will not knock against each other.
