The frame and soundboard are made of ash wood (Oleaceae). Total dimensions 204 cm (including handles) x 80 cm x 70 cm height, lying surface 196 cm x 80 cm, lying height selectable between 70–80 cm, weight around 60 kg. Accessories include feet, handles, a tuning device, a tuning key and replacement strings.
Sound and character
The 60-string monochord features 30 overtone strings tuned to d and 30 bass strings on either side tuned to D. The deep, full character of the D note is especially soothing. The ash soundboard delivers a lively, ringing sound, and the two-way curved structure ensures long sustain. Even a simple stroke of the strings creates overtone-rich spherical music that the client lying on the table can also feel through the body.
How to use
The set is designed for sound bath facilitators and sound massage practitioners who offer full-spectrum sessions. The arm rest and pull-out table allow the client to settle in comfortably with relaxed arm positioning while you work with sound. The rolling stool ensures a comfortable working posture, and the lower tray can hold singing bowls for combined play.
Why this product
The ash wood frame brings a light, natural appearance that fits modern wellness environments. The construction, refined since 2015, provides a reliable foundation for daily professional work.
Care tips
- Always clear the tray before flipping the lying surface.
- Help the client up after longer sessions.
