The Octave Sound Massage Table Full Masseur Set in ash wood is a special bundle that includes the bed and every essential accessory: adapter with headrest and cushion, extra-wide tray for singing bowls under the bed, rolling tuning stool and an underlay. The frame is made of ash wood (Oleaceae) and the soundboard is also ash. Total dimensions 204 cm (including handles) x 80 cm x 70 cm height, lying surface 196 cm x 80 cm, lying height selectable between 70–80 cm, load capacity 120 kg, weight around 60 kg. The package includes feet, handles, a tuning device, a tuning key and replacement strings.
Sound and character
The 60-string monochord section features 30 overtone strings tuned to d and 30 bass strings on either side tuned to D. The deep, full character of the D note is especially calming. The ash soundboard delivers a lively, ringing sound rich in overtones with long sustain. Even a simple stroke of the strings creates a fully spherical experience.
How to use
The full set is designed for wellness masseurs who wish to combine contact-based massage with sound therapy. You can lay the client on the bed and work simultaneously with singing bowls underneath and the monochord strings above, even offering contact-free sound massage.
