Northern Lights is the cool-toned version of the Nymph bracelet sets. It comes with several bracelets, strung with cool-toned gemstone beads and small decorative details. Made in China. Each bracelet measures about 8 cm laid flat, and the full set weighs about 12 g.
When the aurora reached Hungary
Most people know the northern lights only from photos, yet in May 2024 they could be seen from Hungary. Anyone who looked out that night saw a pinkish-purple glow in the northern sky. The light appears when charged particles from the Sun strike the Earth's atmosphere. Further north the most common colour is green, produced by oxygen high in the air. This set's cool beads recall those night colours.
Cool colours for navy and grey
Cool shades look best on navy, grey or black, but you can also wear them with a white summer blouse. Wear the bracelets side by side on one wrist or split them between both. In winter, a single bracelet peeking out from a dark coat sleeve adds a little colour to a grey day.
For a matching necklace, the Northern Lights necklace in the Nymph line has clear, softly iridescent beads and a silver-coloured butterfly pendant. If you would like one to go with the bracelets, this is the one we suggest.
Before you shower
Take the bracelets off before bathing, swimming or showering. Store them in a small pouch so the beads do not knock against other jewellery. Bead shades may differ slightly from the photos.
