A dusky blue summer dress embroidered with white flower vines, in size L–XL. It is 55 cm wide laid flat, 3 cm roomier than the M–L, 110 cm long and weighs 150 g. Nomad Sari makes it by hand in India from light cotton. The shade is close to washed denim, so it goes with plenty of summer clothes.
A relaxed fit for L and XL
Go for this version if you buy dresses in L or XL, or if you like a dress that does not cling. From the seam under the bust, the gathered skirt falls loosely downwards. The length matches the M–L, and only the width is greater. On the model in the photo it reaches mid-calf.
A tasselled tie at the neck
At the front of the round neck there is a short slit that you can draw in with a thin blue cord, finished with a white tassel at each end. Tied, the neck is more closed, and untied, the slit stays open. The three-quarter sleeves are puffed and reach below the elbow, where a narrow band gathers them in. White embroidery forms small vines on the bodice and two long lines down the skirt, clearly visible from a distance on the dusky blue.
With white sandals and a canvas bag
White, beige and brown accessories suit the dusky blue best, such as white sandals, a canvas bag or a straw hat. If you are going out for dinner on a summer evening, put a thin white cardigan over it. Sitting in the garden at home, you will find it just as comfortable, since nothing about it is tight. Being handmade, the embroidery may sit slightly differently from the photo. You receive one dress, without accessories.
