What is Jala neti?
In the Ayurvedic tradition, rinsing the nose is called Jala neti and is considered part of daily body care. The practice involves gently rinsing the nasal passages with lukewarm, lightly salted water — leaving a fresh, clear feeling behind. The whole routine usually takes only 3–5 minutes.
Material and make
The pot is made from light, durable plastic, with a 150 ml capacity and a size of 17.5 × 7 cm. Its shape sits comfortably in the hand, and the spout allows precise pouring.
