The neti pot is a simple, well-proven tool for rinsing the nose and nasal cavities. This white ceramic version is a stable, lasting piece that looks lovely on a bathroom shelf and feels pleasant in the hand.

What is Jala neti?

In the Ayurvedic tradition, rinsing the nose is called Jala neti and is considered part of daily body care. The practice involves gently rinsing the nasal passages with lukewarm, lightly salted water — leaving a fresh, clear feeling behind. The routine usually takes only 3–5 minutes.

Material and make

The pot is made from durable ceramic, with a 150 ml capacity and a size of 17.5 × 7 cm. The steady weight of the ceramic gives a balanced grip, and the smooth surface is easy to clean.

Use and care

Fill it with lukewarm, body-temperature water as described in the enclosed leaflet. Rinse it after use and let it dry. As it is made of ceramic, protect it from drops and hard knocks. The pack includes a multilingual instruction leaflet.
