The coconut lamp generally works with a bulb suited to an E27 socket — but check the specific product details, as a different socket size is also possible. A warm white (2700-3000K) LED bulb is most suitable: energy-efficient, produces little heat (important for protecting the natural material) and its warm light colour harmonises with the brown tones of the coconut. We recommend a maximum 25-40W equivalent bulb — high-output bulbs may damage the coconut shell.
