Why is Dead Sea salt special?
The Dead Sea is the lowest-lying lake on Earth, with salt content nearly ten times the ocean average. It is extremely rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium, bromide and trace elements. These minerals have attracted people with skin problems to the lake shore for millennia. Now you can enjoy this natural treasure in your own home, applied as bath salt or exfoliant, extracted in traditional quality.
Minerals and their effects
High magnesium content relaxes tense muscles, bromide soothes the nervous system, calcium and potassium support skin balance, while sulphur helps with inflammation tendency. You receive complex body-soothing effects in a single natural raw material, without artificial additives.
Versatile use
You can use it for a relaxing full-body bath (approximately 1-2 handfuls in bath water), foot bath for tired feet, body exfoliant (mixed with a little oil), compress for problematic skin surfaces, or diluted as a mouth rinse. For athletic, actively-using persons, the magnesium relaxation is particularly pleasant.
How to prepare a relaxing bath?
Run a warm-water bath, add 1-2 handfuls of Dead Sea salt, then stir until dissolved. Soak yourself for 15-20 minutes, during which do not use soap or shower gel so that the salt directly contacts the skin. You will feel more rested and fresher after the bath. After bathing, dry yourself and rest.
Storage
Store in a hermetically sealed container, in a dry place. Salt is hygroscopic, so it can clump when left open. This does not affect quality: break up the pieces before use. Long-lasting product, practically does not spoil.
