How to use
Apply to wet hair, massage into the scalp and hair with circular motions. Let it work for 1-2 minutes, so the nourishing components absorb deeper. Rinse with plenty of lukewarm water. For thick hair, two rinses are worth doing.
For weekly routine
2-3 washes per week is enough so the hair is properly clean but does not dry out from too frequent shampooing. If you exercise daily or move your scalp, 3-4 weekly washes are also fine – it is important to watch how the hair feels.
