The soft, water-like notes of lotus
This Japanese incense offers a gentle, floral lotus scent that, for many, recalls the image of a misty morning pond and the calm of a lakeshore. The fragrance is delicate, never cloyingly sweet, and helps you step out of the daily rush for a few minutes. If you appreciate classic Eastern floral notes, you will find this incense a quiet, friendly companion at home.
A clear line with no bamboo core
The Morning Star sticks are made entirely of scented material, so the burnt-bamboo undertone does not mingle with the fragrance. The smoke rises in a clean line and fills the room in a restrained way. We also recommend this style to people who are more sensitive to heavy smoke, as the Japanese tradition tends to create a softer and more airy atmosphere.
When to light a stick
The lotus notes pair well with meditation, yoga, and quiet reading. Light one when you would like to step beyond the everyday noise for a while and take a few mindful breaths. One stick burns for about twenty to twenty-five minutes, which suits short sessions comfortably. You can use it in the morning or in the evening, depending on when you feel the need for inner stillness.
Using the ceramic holder
The pack includes a small ceramic holder that catches the ash and supports the burning stick steadily. Place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface, keeping distance from curtains and papers. The holder can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and stays tidy over time. The complete set also makes a kind gift for friends who are beginning to explore meditation.
Storage and attentive use
Store the sticks in a cool, dry place, preferably in their original box, away from direct sunlight. This keeps the fragrance fresh for many months. While burning, always ventilate the room and never leave a glowing stick unattended. In the presence of small children or sensitive guests, please use the incense in moderation and only for short periods at a time.
