Sound and character
The carry bag has no direct effect on the sound of the instrument, yet its substantial size and thick padding protect the sensitive soundboards and frames of the large 30–60-string monochords from impact and pressure during transport. This indirectly helps preserve the clear, long-lasting voice of the instrument.
How to use
The bag is custom-made for Feeltone's larger monochords – MO-30, MO-46GK, MO-54T and MO-60O – so these instruments enjoy reliable protection on the road. You can carry it by the handle for short distances or with the adjustable shoulder strap on longer walks. The two outer pockets offer plenty of space for accessories: tuner, sticks, scarves, templates and spare strings.
Why this product
Large monochords are particularly sensitive to vibrations and shocks during transport. If you regularly take such instruments to sound baths, therapy work or seminars, it is worth choosing a custom-fit, well-padded protection – this ensures the instrument remains free of damage even after years of use.
Care tips
- Check the condition and cleanliness of the zippers before each use.
- Always make sure that both the instrument and the inside of the bag are fully dry before storage.
- Adjust the shoulder strap to your body so that the weight of the long body is evenly distributed.
- The strap may pose a strangulation hazard to small children, so keep them away from the packaging.
