Mohikán F1 pickling cucumber is a modern, disease-resistant variety. Mid-early, downy mildew resistant, predominantly female-flowering. Resistance to powdery mildew and cucumber mosaic virus means low spraying requirements — also a good choice for the organic garden.
Growing
Sow in early May in the garden. Plant spacing 30 cm, row spacing 1 metre. Trellis training.
The cucumber ripens continuously from June. Uses: fermented and vinegar pickles, fresh cucumber salad. Disease resistance ensures particularly good yields in difficult seasons.
