Minigold mini sweet corn is a specialty for the home garden: recommended for growing baby corn. The plant is 180–200 cm tall, and the cobs are picked at 10–12 cm while still tender.
Growing
Sow in early May. Row spacing 70 cm, plant spacing 25 cm, sowing depth 1.5 cm. Loves warm, sunny spots.
Pickling, grilling, steaming, Asian wok dishes. The mini cobs are also great as decorative additions to fresh salads.
