Main Features:
- It has a central bass note in the middle plus eight additional notes around it.
- These eight notes consist of two reeds each, delivering the tone in two octaves.
- This creates a wonderful, meditative sound similar to the tone of a handpan.
Design:
- At the bottom of the drum, there is a sound hole that can be closed with a silicone plug to make the sound more compact.
- The drum has three silicone feet at the bottom to prevent slipping during play.
Usage:
- You can play the Octave Steel Tongue Drum with mallets or with your fingers.
- Simply place it on a flat surface or on your lap to start playing.
