The Meinl Sonic Energy Nitrided Steel Handpan Care Kit includes a professional cleaner and a protective agent designed to remove dirt, stains, and greasy residues from nitrided steel handpans, then seals the surface for long-lasting protection.
Instructions for Use
1. Cleaning with Handpan Cleaner
- Spray the cleaner onto the handpan playing surface from a distance of about 8" (20 cm), ensuring even coverage.
- Let the cleaner sit for 3 minutes.
- Wipe off completely with the included dry, lint-free cloth.
- Repeat the process on stubborn areas if necessary.
2. Applying the Handpan Protectant
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Spray the protectant onto the handpan playing surface from 8" (20 cm) away, ensuring even application.
- Spread the protectant with the included dry cloth to ensure uniform coverage.
- Allow the protectant to dry fully before playing, ideally overnight.
