This set gathers the essentials of practice into one harmonious whole: the square base mat spares the knees and ankles, while the cushion on top lifts the pelvis so the spine keeps its natural curve. The green-and-gold palette and Tree of Life design give a grounding, soothing mood.
Tree of Life – a symbol of roots and growth
The covers spread the branches and roots of the Tree of Life – an ancient motif found in the mythology and art of many cultures. Tradition knows it as an emblem of life, growth and the bond between generations.
What the set includes
- Base mat: removable, washable organic cotton cover with foam padding, 65 × 65 × 5 cm.
- Cushion: organic cotton cover with a zip and handle, buckwheat hull filling; the inner cushion closes with a drawstring.
- Colour: green and gold.
Cushion height adjusts with the amount of buckwheat, so the raised seat suits your own build.
What it's for
For home meditation, breathing practice and quiet sitting. The mat spares the joints on a hard floor, and the handled cushion is easy to move.
Care and good to know
With the inner cushion and foam removed, the covers can be washed separately in cold to lukewarm water. As a natural product, pieces of the same colour may vary slightly in shade.
