A meditation spot, one step more complete. Alongside the removable mat cover and foam insert, this four-piece set adds a crescent-shaped meditation cushion and a bolster, all filled with buckwheat hulls, in soft old-rose and gold tones carrying the phases of the moon.
The rhythm of the moon
The moon phases trace the circle from new moon to full and back again. Tradition holds it as a symbol of change and renewal, a gentle reminder in practice that turning inward, too, has its own ebb and flow.
What the bolster adds
Compared with the three-piece set, here a supportive bolster joins in. Placed under the knees, ankles or back, it eases tension and makes longer seats or gentle stretching positions kinder on the body.
Materials and craft
The covers are made from 100% organic cotton, OCS certified. The filling is premium buckwheat, which moulds to the body. Outer covers close with a zip, inner cushions with a drawstring.
Care
With the inserts removed, the covers wash separately in cold to lukewarm water. Cushion and bolster height adjust with the filling; the hulls settle over time and refresh with a refill. The cotton shade may vary between dye baths.
