The OM symbol

What the set includes
Three-piece configuration: the removable, washable cotton cover of a 65 × 65 cm meditation mat with its foam filling, together with a meditation cushion for a comfortable, raised seat. The cushion's core is natural buckwheat hulls, adjustable to the height you prefer; the mat gives a soft yet stable base for the knees and ankles. Assembled, the set stands about 20 cm high.
How to use it
