What the set includes
Bolster configuration: the removable, washable cotton cover of a 65 × 65 cm meditation mat with its foam filling, together with a cylindrical yoga bolster (60 × 16 cm) for a comfortable, raised seat. The cushion's core is natural buckwheat hulls, adjustable to the height you prefer; the mat gives a soft yet stable base for the knees and ankles. Assembled, the set stands about 5 cm (az alátét) high.
How to use it
For seated meditation, breathing, the quieter parts of a yoga practice and calm reading. The cushion lifts and tilts the pelvis so the spine straightens comfortably, while the mat protects the knees from a hard floor.
Care & good to know
The covers are removable and washable; remove the buckwheat filling before washing. The living texture of the cotton and small differences in shade are part of its handmade character. The cushions' loops make them easy to carry.
