The purple tone that helps you turn inward
This pashmina shawl comes in a solid purple tone, two hundred centimetres long and eighty centimetres wide. The shawl is woven from seventy percent acrylic and thirty percent cotton. The acrylic yarn makes the piece light and elastic and less prone to creasing. The cotton, in turn, gives a breathable, natural touch. Together the two yarns create a textile that you can use all year round: it does not feel humid in summer, yet it holds warmth well in winter.

Washing and care
Hand wash the shawl in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent. Avoid firm wringing, so the structure of the weave can stay intact for a long time if you handle it carefully. Lay it flat to dry away from direct sunlight, so the purple colour remains vivid. Ironing is allowed on a low setting, on the reverse side. It can stay with you in your daily practice for a long time.

The piece is woven in Nepal, where textile making looks back on centuries-old tradition. It arrives in a plastic bag, which protects it during transport. Due to the handcrafted nature gentle colour differences can occur between two pieces, and every shawl carries its own individual character.
