The round cushion lifts the sitting bones, raises the hips above the knees and tilts the pelvis forward, so the spine straightens naturally for longer sitting.
The Flower of Life
The Flower of Life is a pattern of regularly arranged, overlapping circles, one of the best-known motifs of sacred geometry, appearing across many ancient cultures. Tradition reads it as a symbol of the interconnection of life and the cosmos, of harmony and wholeness — a subtle yet profound pattern for a meditation seat.
Material & make
The cover is made from OCS-certified organic cotton, and the inner fill is natural buckwheat hulls. The hulls hold a supportive shape yet give a little, so the cushion settles under the body. Shown here in grey. Approximate size 33 × 17 cm.
How to use it
For seated meditation, breathing and quiet reflection. The muted grey ground and the geometric pattern create a calm, timeless mood.
Care & good to know
The cover closes at the base, so the buckwheat fill can be topped up or thinned at any time. Hand washing in cold water is recommended; remove the filling first. The living texture of the cotton and small differences in shade are part of its handmade character.
Kept near a quiet corner, it stays within reach for the moments when there is time to settle inward.
