Why a zafu works well
The raised seat helps tilt the pelvis slightly forward, so the spine can stay more naturally upright even through longer sittings. The buckwheat hull filling adapts to the body and gives a stable yet yielding base. Its clean black colour suits any space.
Material and make
The outer cover is dyed, GOTS-certified organic cotton with a zip at the bottom; the inner cover is undyed, GOTS-certified organic cotton with a drawstring close. The filling is high-quality natural buckwheat hulls. The height can be matched to your needs by removing or adding filling. It measures 33 × 17 cm.
Care
We recommend hand washing the cover in lukewarm water; machine washing at 30°C is also possible.
