One pack, 12 boxes
This item is a 12-piece pack of Indian masala incense sticks with white sage scent. Each box weighs 15 g net, so you receive a total of 12 × 15 = 180 g of incense. Worth choosing if you love the fresh, cleansing character of white sage and do not want to reorder every month.
What white sage is used for
White sage is one of the best-known plants in Native American traditions. Its smoke is used for space and energetic cleansing, for renewal: most typical after moving in, when closing intense weeks, for a slow morning ritual or at the start of a meditation. The scent is bold, fresh and spicy-minty in character.
What masala incense is
The word masala refers to a hand-blended natural-based mix. These sticks are based on wood powder enriched with herbal essential oil extracts and hand-rolled onto a carrier stick. The resulting stick has a deeper, rounder scent than simple dipped sticks.
How to use
Place the stick in a stable, heatproof incense holder, light the tip, then after a few seconds blow out the flame. The glowing ember produces the smoke. One stick burns for about 40-45 minutes. Ventilate the room before and after use.
Good to know about the product
Made in India, by hand. According to the brand it contains around 96% natural ingredients (not officially certified), with no toxic ingredients, no child labour and no animal by-products. The 12-pack arrives in a cardboard box. Gross weight: 525 g.
What to watch out for
Never leave a burning incense stick unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Keep a safe distance from flammable materials. White sage smoke is pronounced - if you have sensitive airways, start with smaller amounts.
