Recommended daily intake: (16 grams) - 290 mg

Oily spots may appear on the packaging due to the fact that the whole oilseed is ground. The quality of the product is not affected.

Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon (3-4 g) 4 times a day. Mix into yoghurt, food or drink (heat should not affect), then drink plenty of water. After use, close carefully!
