Four gemstones in one mala
This mala consists of 108 polished beads of approximately 8 mm, combining four gemstones: soft pink rose quartz, finely patterned rhodonite, pale lilac lepidolite and warm brown tiger eye. The four colours together give a quietly elegant look that fits everyday wear as well as ritual use.
The moon and star symbol
The mala is finished with a decorative moon and star charm and a tassel. In many traditions the moon and star symbol is associated with intuition, guidance and personal growth. You may sense this connection most clearly when you hold the lower end of the mala during meditation.
Why 108 beads
The number 108 has special meaning in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, where it is considered a sign of spiritual completeness and is used to count mantras during meditation. The number also appears in various religious, philosophical and astronomical traditions, giving it a broader cultural context.
How you use it for meditation
You hold the mala between your thumb and middle finger, moving one bead forward with each mantra repetition. When you reach the larger guru bead or the tassel, one round is complete. The rhythm of this practice helps your attention stay in one place and your breath settle.
Care
Wipe the mala gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water and harsh chemicals so the colour and lustre of the stones are preserved. Each piece is packed individually in a paper envelope together with an informational flyer.
