The I/19, 315×455 mm bubble mailer is the largest size in this series. What does the 10-piece pack contain?
The pack contains 10 bubble mailers, each measuring 315×455 mm on the outside. The net weight of one envelope is approximately 70 grams; the total gross weight of the pack is 0.77 kg. The envelopes can be stored flat, stacked on top of each other, but because of the larger size it is worth allocating a separate shelf or a larger storage box next to your packing area.
Material and bubble lining
The outer layer is a recycled, kraft-style paper with a natural brown tone. The inside is lined with a fine bubble film, which is particularly important in larger envelopes: a greater surface area means that more impacts and vibrations need to be absorbed during transit. Even at this size, the paper-based construction retains the advantage of lower plastic content compared to a classic fully plastic mailer.

Closure system and opening
An adhesive strip runs along the upper edge of the envelope, protected by a release liner until use. Once the liner is removed, the flap folds down and the adhesive bonds permanently. Because of the larger size the flap is longer, so it is best to smooth the closure evenly from the centre outwards, so that the adhesive engages across the full width. The envelope cannot be resealed after opening, so the tamper-evidence remains clear to your customer.
Storage and durability
Store the envelopes in a dry, cool place, laid flat. Because of the larger size, upright storage is only recommended if the envelopes are placed in a stable, upright stand — otherwise they may bend slightly under their own weight. Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged moisture, as these can gradually weaken the paper and the adhesive strip.
