Germination bowl instructions for use:
- Set the jar on its base.
- Sprinkle the seeds (usually one tablespoon is enough).
- Fill with water, screw on the cap, and let stand for a few hours.
- When the soaking time is up, turn the jar upside down and pour out the water.
- Place the bottle on a plate at a 45 degree angle with the rim protruding.
- The sprouts will be well ventilated in the jar.
- Rinse the sprouts thoroughly in the morning and evening without removing the lid.
- Replace the jar at a 45 degree angle.
- After a few days you will be able to enjoy your home-grown, delicious and healthy sprouts.
