What the vanilla and patchouli pairing means
Vanilla gives a sweet, pastry-like warm scent – many of our customers think of Christmas, the mother's kitchen or the childhood baking. Patchouli, on the other hand, offers an earthy, slightly mysterious, deeper character that preserves the elegance of the fragrance. Together they feel like a warm embrace – not too sweet and not too heavy, but a complex, mature aroma.
What 100% soy wax gives you
Soy wax is a plant-based material from a renewable source. It burns more cleanly, produces less soot and lasts longer than paraffin. An 80 gram size gives around 20 hours of burn time, roughly 5-6 evening sessions. The wick is made from organically grown cotton and does not give off an unpleasant smell when burning.
The details of the apothecary jar
The transparent glass has the classic apothecary shape, around 7 cm in diameter and 6.5 cm in height. It fits easily on a bedside table, a coffee table or a bookshelf. The glass walls stay nicely transparent even towards the end, because soy wax does not leave a thick black layer on them.
How to use it safely
At the first lighting, let it burn for at least one hour so that the wax surface melts evenly. Maximum of 4 hours at a time. Before each lighting, trim the wick to 1 cm – this burns more cleanly. Stop using the candle when 1.3 cm of wax remains at the bottom. Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and never let it burn unattended.
