This 300 ml amber bottle holds grapeseed oil blended with lavender, mint and eucalyptus essential oils. You can use it for massage and in the bath. The bottle has a pump on top and is 18 cm tall and 6 cm across. Made in England.
Lavender, mint and eucalyptus
The scent is fresh and clean. Mint and eucalyptus come through first, with lavender underneath giving a softer, floral background. Many people know eucalyptus from the sauna, where it is added to the water poured on the stones. According to the ingredient list, the mint oil comes from corn mint.
A massage after sport or gardening
Pump one or two measures into your palm and rub your hands together to warm the oil. Then smooth it onto the shoulders, back or calves with slow, long strokes. Grapeseed oil is thin and spreads easily. It suits a massage after a long walk, a workout or a morning in the garden.
In the bath
For a bath, pump a few measures into the filled tub and swirl it into the water by hand. The oil floats on the surface, so some of it reaches your skin. It does make the bottom of the bath slippery, so step out carefully.
Before the first use, put a little oil on the inside of your elbow and wait a day. If your skin turns red or itches, do not use it. Keep it away from your eyes. The full ingredient list is on the product page. Store the bottle somewhere cool and out of sunlight. Thanks to the pump you can use it one-handed and keep the other hand free.
