Growing
Sow in April–May. Row spacing 50 cm, plant spacing 30 cm, sowing depth 2 cm. Loves a warm, sunny spot.
Creamed spinach, lasagne, quiche, salad mixes. A great summer alternative to bolt-prone classic spinach.
