The rich, sweet and classic floral scent of rose has been a favourite aroma of perfumes and incense for centuries. It is hand-rolled to an Indian masala recipe, with a full, blooming smoke.
The rose scent
In many cultures the rose is known as the flower of love and beauty. Its full, sweet smoke creates a warm, romantic mood and settles pleasantly in a room.
Masala incense
Masala incense is not a single essential oil but a hand-kneaded blend of spices, resins and botanicals. This is what gives its smoke a full, layered and slowly unfolding character.
How to use
Place the stick in a heat-resistant incense holder, light the tip, then gently blow out the flame so it begins to smoulder. Always burn under supervision in a well-ventilated room, and keep away from children and flammable materials. It is about 22 cm long.
